SUNBURY – The Northumberland man accused in the death of a 9-year-old boy entered a guilty plea to a weapons violation. District Attorney Ann Targonski says Victor Hare III plead guilty felony possession of a firearm. Hare faces a maximum sentence of no less than six years when he is sentenced. Hare is also charged with involuntary manslaughter in the death of Korbin Rager. That case is scheduled for trial in January.
